Every Atelier Raul piece is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Because our products are handcrafted, please allow additional processing time before dispatch.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing may take up to 10–14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship across India and to international destinations worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by location.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within India on orders above ₹5,000. For international orders above €1,500, complimentary shipping is included.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Atelier Raul has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
6. Packaging
Each piece is wrapped in protective materials and placed in our signature Atelier Raul gift packaging — making it ready for gifting straight out of the box. Fragile items such as copper wire sculptures receive additional cushioning and secure packaging.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sandeep.arora@atelierraul.com. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
