Each Atelier Raul product is handcrafted with great care and attention. Because of the handmade nature of our pieces, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are not defects — they are the hallmark of genuine artisanship.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or broken
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is significantly different from what was described
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations in colour or texture due to the handmade nature of the product
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Custom or personalised orders
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at sandeep.arora@atelierraul.com with your order details
- Include clear photographs of the product showing the issue
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Atelier Raul. For other eligible returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
